FYI my CAT did not print out and of course the Kmart staff were no help. So I called Catalina for some reason I was cut off. I did email them and they sent me a link to file my complaint on-line and the great thing is it should be processed in 2 days. I am hopeful as I hear good things about the Catalina company resolving complaints.
