UPDATE: I will be soon back up and running

Sorry everyone I have not been posting for a long time, I have been a busy working mother. In December I welcomed my 3rd child our 1st daughter. I am currently on leave from work and figuring if I will return. In the process I want to get this blog up and running with more information. More to come.
